SAGE Social Activities Survey

SAGE (Services & Advocacy for GLBT Elders) Raleigh is an organization designed to advocate and provide services for the elder LGBT population, aged 50 and beyond. The purpose of this survey is to determine what social activities SAGE should offer to best meet the needs and interests of LGBT seniors and keep seniors actively involved in our community and socially connected with others to prevent social isolation. Your time and thoughtful feedback will be greatly appreciated.
