Re(a)d to Filth Ball on 2/28/26
Join us on Saturday, February 28th from 8-11 PM for a fun night of dancing, drag and burlesque performances, and community building with the LGBT Center of Raleigh. This is one of our largest annual fundraisers that benefits our LGBTQ+ library which has officially relaunched at our new community center in downtown Raleigh! On March 20th & 21st The LGBT Center of Raleigh will be teaming up with Alliance of AIDS Services to host a community powered Yard "Sale" fundraiser that you won't want to miss!
We are accepting donations now and drop-offs are welcome at Alliance of AIDS Services located at 3109 Poplarwood Court, ste 200 during open office hours of 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. Clothing in good condition, gently used shoes, art, home decor, kitchen items, small side tables, and kids' toys are all welcome. We are unable to accept large furniture at this time.
Want first dibs on the goodies? Join us Friday, March 20th from 5 PM - 7 PM for $10 early access. You can also enjoy free thrifting on Saturday, March 21st from 8 AM - 12 PM! We can't wait to see you there!
One Light, Many Colors is coming to the Center and we are excited to open the door!
This will be an affirming space for our LGBTQ+ community to explore faith and spirituality without pressure or judgement. Through open and guided conversations we will talk about belief deconstruction, healing and what it means to reclaim your faith on your own terms.
